For several decades, most of Clara and Mauro’s works were kept in Barbarano, in the province of Vicenza, by my brother Lando Francini, founder, together with Chiara Magri, of the Teatro del Vento.

After living in South America for many years, life led me back to Italy to take care of this important artistic heritage. Recently, the paintings finally came out of the boxes and drawers where they have been stored for so long to fill the rooms of the Palazzo dei Canonici, in a major retrospective that came about from a conversation with the Mayor of Barbarano.
